May Day Menu

€65 On May 1st (May Day), we will serve a special May Day menu that includes a starter, main course, and dessert. A separate menu is also available for children. The May Day menu will be served on May 1st, 2026 in four seatings: at 11:00, 14:00, 17:00, and 20:00. Please note that on May 1st only the May Day menu will be available. The à la carte menu and sushi menu will not be offered. On Vappu Eve, April 30th, we will serve sushi and the à la carte menu as usual.

BEEF TARTARE

Beef tartare, harissa, chives, egg yolk cream, lemon mayonnaise and potato strings (M,G)

Gochujang glazed root vegatables, pine nuts, carrot chips and lemon yoghurt (V,G)




MAIN COURSES

The table is served with herb potatoes with the main courses.




PIKE WALLENBERG

Pike wallenberg with shrimp skagen, whitefish roe, peas and dill (L,G)



PETITE TENDER

Finnish beef petite tender, charred broccolini, harissa dressing and moroccan chimichurri (L,G)



CELERIAC

Roasted celeriac, pomegranate, fried chickpeas, feta, cabbage chimichurri and spiced yoghurt (V,G)
